Online rehabilitation classes are conducted Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday in 50 minute sessions, for two (3) weeks. These online-rehabilitation- training classes start the first Monday of the month, every month, so you never miss out.
As part of this program, online-health-coaching helps you with technical issues, the online process that fortifies the in-clinic process, goals of health-coaching, answers your health questions and walks you step-by-step through your rehabilitation program. This is care second to none.
What will you get with this program? You will receive two downloadable manuals. In one you will learn the process of rehabilitation, including personal assessment and evaluation, how to progress safely, techniques to help you avoid or survive complications, how to use your equipment more effectively, and other topics.
The second manual will assist you in goal setting, building a personal health history, and developing a diary of your medications, and other topics.
Over 3 weeks you will begin a process that has proven to restore physical abilities as well as confidence to seek life with increased commitment.
